Highfield are proud to present the continuation of Rydon Fields.

A development of high specification 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom homes.

Set in the historic market town of Holsworthy, in delightful Devon countryside with the North Cornish coast just 9 miles away. This country market town stands at the centre of a remarkable underdeveloped rural area in an ancient landscape of rolling hills and hamlets of cottages. The history of Holsworthy goes back to the Saxon times with the manor of Holsworthy being one of many Port towns.

Rydon Fields occupies an enviable south facing location on the edge of the town with the A3072 providing easy access to the North Cornish coastal resort of Bude.

The town of Holsworthy offers a fine selection of local shops with a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated swimming pool, sports hall, health centre, library, park, public houses, amateur theatrical society and a museum together with a golf course being a few minutes from Rydon Fields.

Local schools offer a wide range of educational opportunities.
